  General Terms:

  1. The member acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them throughout their membership.
  2. The member must pay all subscription fees in full before using any club services.
  3. Membership is non-refundable after payment.
  4. TripFit reserves the right to modify terms or prices at any time without notice.
  5. Management has the right to terminate or suspend any membership for violating the terms.

  Usage Terms:

  1. By using the TripFit website, you agree to all terms and instructions.
  2. Management may modify the terms without liability.
  3. Members must follow instructions provided by staff or posted notices.

  Membership Terms:

  1. Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. Activation occurs on the first visit or within one month of invoicing.
  3. Absence does not extend the subscription period.
  4. Membership transfers are allowed only under specific conditions.
  5. Personal training fees are separate and non-refundable.

  Personal Training Services:

  1. Sessions start from the invoice date.
  2. Duration: 45–60 minutes depending on the type of training.
  3. Members must arrive 10 minutes before the session.
  4. Early departures must be communicated to the trainer in advance.
  5. Adherence to health instructions is required.

  Membership Freeze:

  1. 3 months: 14 days freeze (2 requests, each at least 7 days).
  2. 6 months: 30 days freeze (3 requests, each at least 10 days).
  3. 12 months: 60 days freeze (4 requests, each at least 15 days).
  4. Paid freeze options: 10 days = 100 SAR, 30 days = 250 SAR.

  
  

  Membership Cancellation:

  1. Membership may be canceled immediately for reasons such as use by another person, inappropriate behavior, or rule violations.
  2. The club is not responsible for any damages caused by the member.

  
  

  Membership Transfer Conditions:

  1. Must be an annual subscription with at least 6 months remaining.
  2. Transfer fee: 500 SAR; both parties must be present.
  3. Transfers are not allowed for special or customized offers or if the recipient is already a member.

  
  

  Safety & Facility Guidelines:

  1. Follow safety rules and emergency instructions.
  2. No visitors allowed without permission.
  3. The club is not responsible for lost items.
  4. Stimulants and prohibited substances are not allowed.
  5. Photography is allowed without violating privacy.
  6. Advance booking is required for all services.

  Additional Terms:

  1. The club may close for maintenance without notice.
  2. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing.
  3. Phone use is prohibited in the pool.
  4. Modest attire is required.
  5. Parking is for members only.

  1. The club is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or ignoring instructions.
  2. By using the website or app, you agree to all the above terms.

  
  

  User Consent & Commitments:

  I acknowledge that I have read and understood all TripFit terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. I also confirm that I am responsible for my health and will stop immediately if I feel any fatigue or symptoms.
